باستخدامك لتطبيق قِمّة ("التطبيق") إنت موافق على الشروط دي. لو مش موافق عليها، متستخدمش التطبيق.
وصف الخدمة
قِمّة أداة شخصية لتنظيم المشاريع والمهام والملاحظات والعادات والجدول والميزانية. بتشتغل في متصفحك، وبياناتك بتتخزّن على جهازك. فيه مزامنة اختيارية مشفّرة عن طريق حساب Google Drive بتاعك، وتفاصيلها في سياسة الخصوصية.
الترخيص والدفع
- مفيش تجربة مجانية: التطبيق بيشتغل بمفتاح تفعيل بس. تقدر تشوف لقطات حقيقية من النظام في الصفحة الرئيسية قبل ما تطلب، وسياسة الاسترداد تحت.
- السعر اللي بيتحاسب عليه طلبك هو السعر الظاهر في خطوة الدفع وقت ما تبعت الطلب، وبيتسجّل معاه. لو السعر أو العرض اتغيّر بعد كده، طلبك ماشي بالسعر ده.
- الترخيص بمفتاح تفعيل شخصي باسمك، للاستخدام الشخصي أو لشغلك. ممنوع إعادة بيع المفتاح أو نشره أو مشاركته علنًا أو محاولة تجاوز آلية التفعيل.
- الدفع بتحويل يدوي (فودافون كاش أو إنستا باي) مع رفع إيصال التحويل. بنراجع التحويل ونبعت المفتاح على واتساب أو الإيميل اللي سجّلته بين 5 دقايق وساعة تقريبًا من تأكيد الدفع.
- ممكن نلغي مفتاح لو اتشارك علنًا أو اتزوّر أو اتدفع مقابله بشكل غير صحيح، وهنتواصل معاك قبل كده قدر الإمكان.
الاسترداد
لو حصلت مشكلة تقنية منعتك من استخدام قِمّة ومقدرناش نحلّها معاك، بنرجّعلك المبلغ كامل لو طلبت ده خلال 7 أيام من يوم الدفع. كلّمنا على واتساب أو الإيميل وهنرد عليك ونرجّع المبلغ بنفس وسيلة الدفع اللي استخدمتها.
مسؤوليتك عن بياناتك
- إنت مالك بياناتك وإنت المسؤول عن محتواها.
- بياناتك بتتخزّن على جهازك، ومسحها أو فقدان الجهاز أو مسح بيانات المتصفح ممكن يضيّعها. خد نسخ احتياطية بشكل دوري من قايمة التطبيق.
- لو شغّلت المزامنة المشفّرة، كلمة السر مسؤوليتك. لو نسيتها منقدرش نسترجع البيانات المشفّرة.
- المعلومات المالية في التطبيق (ميزانية، تحصيلات، التزامات) للتنظيم الشخصي فقط، ومش بديل عن محاسب أو استشارة مالية أو قانونية.
الاستخدام المقبول
متستخدمش التطبيق في أي نشاط مخالف للقانون، ومتحاولش تعطّل التطبيق أو تتجاوز حمايته، ومتخزّنش بيانات ناس تانيين من غير حقك في كده.
خدمات الأطراف الخارجية
المزامنة بتعتمد على Google Drive، وبعض الأزرار بتفتح واتساب، والاستضافة والخطوط والمكتبات من مزوّدين خارجيين. استخدامك لأي خدمة منهم بيخضع لشروطه وسياسته، ومحنّاش مسؤولين عن توقف أو تغيير في خدماتهم.
الملكية الفكرية
اسم قِمّة وتصميم التطبيق وكوده محفوظين لمطوّره. بياناتك ومحتواك ملكك بالكامل، ومبنطلبش أي ترخيص عليهم.
إخلاء المسؤولية
التطبيق متاح "كما هو" و"حسب المتاح" من غير أي ضمانات صريحة أو ضمنية، منها ضمان الاستمرارية أو خلوّه من الأخطاء أو ملاءمته لغرض معيّن.
حدود المسؤولية
إلى أقصى حد يسمح به القانون، مطوّر التطبيق مش مسؤول عن أي خسارة أو ضرر غير مباشر أو تبعي ناتج عن استخدام التطبيق أو عدم القدرة على استخدامه، بما في ذلك فقدان البيانات.
التعديل والإيقاف
ممكن نعدّل التطبيق أو الشروط دي أو نوقف أي جزء منه. استمرارك في الاستخدام بعد التعديل معناه موافقتك على النسخة المحدّثة.
القانون الواجب التطبيق
تخضع الشروط دي للقوانين المعمول بها في بلد مطوّر التطبيق، ما لم تفرض القوانين المحلية لحماية المستهلك غير ذلك.

Terms of Service

By using the Qimma app (the "App") you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
1. The service
Qimma is a personal tool for organizing projects, tasks, notes, habits, schedules and budgets. It runs in your browser and your data is stored on your device. Optional encrypted sync is available through your own Google Drive account, as described in the Privacy Policy.
2. Licence and payment
- There is no free trial: the app works only with an activation key. You can see real screenshots of the system on the home page before ordering, and the refund policy is below.
- Your order is charged at the price shown at the payment step when you submit it, and that price is recorded with the order. If the price or an offer changes afterwards, your order keeps this price.
- The licence is a personal activation key issued in your name, for your personal use or your own work. You may not resell, publish or openly share the key, or try to bypass the activation mechanism.
- Payment is by manual transfer (Vodafone Cash or InstaPay) with an uploaded transfer receipt. We verify the transfer and send the key to the WhatsApp number or email you registered between 5 minutes and 1 hour, approximately, after we confirm the payment.
- We may revoke a key that is shared publicly, forged or wrongly paid for, and will contact you first wherever possible.
3. Refunds
If a technical problem stops you from using Qimma and we cannot fix it for you, we refund the full amount when you ask within 7 days of payment. Contact us on WhatsApp or by email and we will refund you through the same payment method you used.
4. Your data and your responsibilities
- You own your data and you are responsible for its content.
- Your data is stored on your device. Deleting it, losing the device or clearing browser data can erase it. Please export backups regularly from the app menu.
- If you enable encrypted sync, the password is your responsibility. If you forget it, encrypted data cannot be recovered.
- Financial information in the App (budget, receivables, commitments) is for personal organization only and is not accounting, financial or legal advice.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use the App for anything unlawful, do not try to disrupt it or bypass its protections, and do not store other people's data without the right to do so.
6. Third-party services
Sync relies on Google Drive, some buttons open WhatsApp, and hosting, fonts and libraries come from third-party providers. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and policies, and we are not responsible for outages or changes to them.
7. Intellectual property
The Qimma name, design and code belong to its developer. Your data and content remain entirely yours, and we claim no license over them.
8. Disclaimer
The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including availability, freedom from errors or fitness for a particular purpose.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss or damage arising from use of, or inability to use, the App, including loss of data.
10. Changes and discontinuation
We may change the App or these terms, or discontinue any part of the App. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the developer's country of residence, unless mandatory local consumer-protection law provides otherwise.
