سياسة الخصوصية

تطبيق قِمّة · آخر تحديث: 25 أكتوبر 2026

قِمّة تطبيق شخصي لإدارة الحياة والشغل (مشاريع، مهام، نوتة يومية، عادات، جدول أسبوعي، ميزانية وتحصيلات) بيشتغل جوه متصفحك. الصفحة دي بتشرح إيه البيانات اللي بيتعامل معاها التطبيق، وفين بتتخزّن، ومين ممكن يوصلها.

الخلاصة: بياناتك بتفضل على جهازك. مفيش سيرفر عندنا بيستقبل بياناتك، ومفيش إعلانات ولا تحليلات ولا كوكيز تتبّع. لو شغّلت المزامنة، بياناتك بتتشفّر على جهازك بكلمة سر إنت بتختارها قبل ما تتحفظ في فولدر مخفي في Google Drive بتاعك. الاستثناء الوحيد هو نموذج طلب الشراء من الصفحة الرئيسية، وتفاصيله تحت.

البيانات اللي بتدخّلها

أي حاجة بتكتبها في التطبيق (مشاريع، مهام، ملاحظات، عادات، مبالغ، أسماء وأرقام تواصل، صور اللوجو…) بتتخزّن في مساحة التخزين الخاصة بمتصفحك على جهازك (localStorage وIndexedDB). مطوّر التطبيق مبيستلمش نسخة منها ومبيقدرش يشوفها.

طلب الشراء والتفعيل

لو طلبت النسخة الكاملة من الصفحة الرئيسية، بنجمع اللي بتكتبه في نموذج الطلب: الاسم، رقم الواتساب، الإيميل، طريقة الدفع، رقم العملية (اختياري)، وصورة إيصال التحويل. بنستخدمها بس عشان نراجع الدفع ونبعتلك مفتاح التفعيل ونتواصل معاك بخصوص طلبك. النموذج بيتبعت لخدمة Netlify Forms وبتتخزّن عندهم، وبيوصلنا إشعار بيه.

التفعيل نفسه بيحصل على جهازك: مفتاح التفعيل بيتفحص جوه المتصفح من غير اتصال بأي سيرفر، وبيتخزّن في localStorage مع تاريخ أول فتح وآخر فتح للتطبيق (بنستخدمهم عشان نكتشف لو ساعة الجهاز اتغيّرت للتحايل على التفعيل). المفتاح بيحتوي على الاسم اللي سجّلته والباقة وتاريخ الانتهاء (لو فيه).

المزامنة مع Google Drive (اختيارية)

المزامنة مقفولة افتراضيًا. لو شغّلتها:

  • التطبيق بيطلب من Google صلاحية واحدة بس: https://www.googleapis.com/auth/drive.appdata (عرض وإنشاء وحذف بيانات الإعدادات الخاصة بالتطبيق نفسه في Google Drive).
  • الصلاحية دي بتدّي التطبيق مساحة مخفية خاصة بيه فقط. التطبيق مبيقدرش يشوف ولا يعدّل أي ملف تاني في Drive بتاعك.
  • التطبيق مبيطلبش ومبيستلمش اسمك ولا إيميلك ولا صورتك من حساب Google.
  • قبل الرفع، بياناتك بتتشفّر على جهازك بالخوارزمية AES-256-GCM، والمفتاح بيتولّد من كلمة السر اللي إنت اخترتها (PBKDF2-SHA256). اللي بيتحفظ في Drive ملف مشفّر واحد، ومعاه بيانات فنية بسيطة (رقم النسخة، ومعرّف عشوائي للجهاز، وإعدادات التشفير زي الـ salt) عشان التطبيق يكتشف التعارض بين الأجهزة ويقدر يفك التشفير.
  • كلمة السر مبتتبعتش لأي مكان، ومبتتخزّنش نصًّا. لو نسيتها منقدرش نسترجع البيانات المشفّرة.
  • تصريح الدخول من Google (access token) بيتحفظ مؤقتًا في متصفحك وبينتهي بعد حوالي ساعة.

تقدر تفصل المزامنة في أي وقت من شاشة «المزامنة والنسخ المشفّرة» في التطبيق، وتقدر تمسح النسخة السحابية من نفس الشاشة، وتقدر كمان تسحب الصلاحية من حساب Google (الأمان ← الوصول من تطبيقات خارجية).

بيانات Google وسياسة Limited Use

استخدام قِمّة للمعلومات المستلمة من واجهات Google وتحويلها لأي تطبيق تاني هيلتزم بـ سياسة بيانات المستخدم في خدمات Google API بما فيها شروط الاستخدام المحدود (Limited Use). بياناتك مبتتباعش، ومبتتشاركش مع أي طرف، ومبتتستخدمش في إعلانات أو تدريب نماذج ذكاء اصطناعي، ومحدش من فريقنا بيقرأها.

خدمات الأطراف الخارجية

التطبيق صفحة ويب، فمتصفحك بيتواصل مع خدمات خارجية عشان يشتغل:

  • الاستضافة: الصفحة بتتحمّل من مزوّد الاستضافة (Netlify)، وأي مزوّد استضافة بيسجّل بيانات اتصال تقنية عادية (زي عنوان IP ووقت الطلب).
  • نموذج الطلب (Netlify Forms): بيستلم ويخزّن بيانات نموذج الطلب وصورة الإيصال اللي بترفعها، وبيبعتلنا إشعار.
  • الخط (Google Fonts) ومكتبة الرسوم البيانية (jsDelivr): بيتحمّلوا من خوادمهم، فبيشوفوا عنوان IP بتاعك زي أي موقع بيستخدمهم. مفيش بياناتك بتروح معاهم.
  • Google Identity Services وGoogle Drive API: بيتحمّلوا ويتكلّموا معاك بس لما تستخدم المزامنة.
  • واتساب: أزرار «ابعت على واتساب» بتفتح wa.me برسالة إنت اخترت تبعتها. النص ده بيتبعت لواتساب بس لما تدوس وتكمّل الإرسال بنفسك.
  • الإدخال الصوتي: لو استخدمت زرار الميكروفون، التعرّف على الصوت بيتم عن طريق متصفحك (وفي Chrome ممكن يتبعت الصوت لخدمة التعرّف على الكلام عند Google). ده بيتحكم فيه متصفحك وإنت اللي بتشغّله.
  • الإشعارات: لو فعّلتها، بتتعرض من متصفحك على جهازك، ومفيش حاجة بتتبعت لسيرفر.

اللي مبنعملوش

  • مفيش حسابات مستخدمين عندنا، ومفيش قاعدة بيانات بنحتفظ فيها ببيانات تطبيقك.
  • مفيش إعلانات ولا أدوات تحليل ولا بكسلات تتبّع، ومفيش كوكيز.
  • مبنبيعش بيانات ولا بنشاركها.

النسخ الاحتياطية

لما تحفظ نسخة احتياطية من التطبيق، الملف بيتنزّل على جهازك وإنت المسؤول عن مكان حفظه. النسخة العادية مش مشفّرة، أما «النسخة المشفّرة» فبتتحمي بكلمة سر بتختارها.

الاحتفاظ والحذف

بياناتك بتفضل على جهازك لحد ما تمسحها بنفسك (من التطبيق أو بمسح بيانات الموقع من المتصفح). النسخة السحابية بتفضل في Drive لحد ما تمسحها من شاشة المزامنة أو تسحب صلاحية التطبيق وتمسح بيانات التطبيق من إعدادات Drive. بيانات الطلب (الاسم والتواصل والإيصال) بنحتفظ بيها طول ما محتاجينها لإثبات الشراء وخدمة الدعم، وتقدر تطلب حذفها في أي وقت من الإيميل اللي تحت.

الأمان

بنستخدم تشفير قياسي من المتصفح نفسه، لكن مفيش نظام آمن بنسبة 100%. اختار كلمة سر قوية، ومتشاركهاش، وحافظ على جهازك.

الأطفال

قِمّة مش موجّهة للأطفال اللي أعمارهم أقل من 13 سنة.

التعديلات

ممكن نحدّث الصفحة دي لما التطبيق يتغيّر. تاريخ آخر تحديث بيظهر فوق، وهنوضّح أي تغيير جوهري جوه التطبيق.

Privacy Policy

Qimma (قِمّة) · Last updated: 25 October 2026

Qimma is a personal life-and-work planner (projects, tasks, daily notes, habits, weekly schedule, budget and receivables) that runs in your web browser. This page explains what data the app handles, where it is stored, and who can reach it.

In short: your data stays on your device. We run no server that receives your data, and there are no ads, analytics or tracking cookies. If you turn on sync, your data is encrypted on your device with a password you choose before it is stored in a hidden app folder in your own Google Drive. The only exception is the order form on the home page, described below.

1. Data you enter

Everything you type into the app (projects, tasks, notes, habits, amounts, contact names and phone numbers, logo images, and so on) is stored in your browser's storage on your device (localStorage and IndexedDB). The developer does not receive a copy and cannot see it.

2. Orders and activation

If you order the full version from the home page, we collect what you type into the order form: your name, WhatsApp number, email, payment method, transaction reference (optional) and the image of your transfer receipt. We use it only to verify the payment, send you your activation key and contact you about your order. The form is sent to Netlify Forms, which stores it, and we receive a notification.

Activation itself happens on your device: the activation key is checked inside your browser without contacting any server, and it is stored in localStorage together with the dates of the first and the latest time the app was opened (used to detect a device clock changed to bypass activation). The key contains the name you registered, your plan and its expiry date (if any).

3. Google Drive sync (optional)

Sync is off by default. If you turn it on:

  • The app requests a single Google permission: https://www.googleapis.com/auth/drive.appdata ("See, create, and delete its own configuration data in your Google Drive").
  • This permission gives the app access only to its own hidden application-data folder. The app cannot see or modify any other file in your Drive.
  • The app does not request or receive your name, email address or profile picture from your Google Account.
  • Before upload, your data is encrypted on your device with AES-256-GCM, using a key derived from the password you choose (PBKDF2-SHA256). One encrypted file is stored in Drive, together with minimal technical metadata (a revision number, a random device identifier and encryption parameters such as the salt) used to detect conflicts between your devices and to decrypt the file.
  • Your sync password is never sent anywhere and is not stored in plain text. If you forget it, the encrypted data cannot be recovered.
  • The Google access token is kept temporarily in your browser and expires after about one hour.

You can disconnect sync at any time from the "Sync and encrypted backups" screen, delete the cloud copy from the same screen, and revoke the permission in your Google Account (Security → Third-party apps & services).

4. Google user data and Limited Use

Qimma's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Your data is not sold, not shared with third parties, not used for advertising or to train AI models, and is not read by humans on our side.

5. Third-party services

Because Qimma is a web page, your browser contacts some third-party services for it to work:

  • Hosting: the page is served by a hosting provider (Netlify). Like any host, it records standard technical connection data such as your IP address and request time.
  • Order form (Netlify Forms): receives and stores the order form data and the receipt image you upload, and notifies us.
  • Google Fonts and the jsDelivr CDN (fonts and the chart library): these servers can see your IP address, as with any site that uses them. None of your app data is sent to them.
  • Google Identity Services and the Google Drive API: loaded and contacted only when you use sync.
  • WhatsApp: "send on WhatsApp" buttons open wa.me with a message you chose to send. The text goes to WhatsApp only when you continue and send it yourself.
  • Voice input: if you use the microphone button, speech recognition is performed by your browser (in Chrome, audio may be sent to Google's speech service). This is controlled by your browser and only starts when you tap the button.
  • Notifications: if enabled, they are shown by your browser on your device; nothing is sent to a server.

6. What we do not do

  • No user accounts and no database holding your app data on our side.
  • No advertising, analytics tools, tracking pixels or cookies.
  • We do not sell or share your data.

7. Backups you export

When you save a backup, the file is downloaded to your device and you are responsible for where you keep it. A regular backup is not encrypted; an "encrypted backup" is protected by a password you choose.

8. Retention and deletion

Your data stays on your device until you delete it (from the app or by clearing the site's data in your browser). The cloud copy stays in your Drive until you delete it from the sync screen, or revoke the app's access and delete its data in Drive settings. Order data (name, contact details and receipt) is kept for as long as we need it to prove the purchase and provide support, and you can ask us to delete it at any time using the email below.

9. Security

We rely on standard encryption built into your browser, but no system is perfectly secure. Choose a strong password, do not share it, and protect your device.

10. Children

Qimma is not directed to children under 13.

11. Changes

We may update this page when the app changes. The "last updated" date is shown at the top, and we will flag material changes inside the app.
