باستخدامك لتطبيق قِمّة ("التطبيق") إنت موافق على الشروط دي. لو مش موافق عليها، متستخدمش التطبيق.
وصف الخدمة
قِمّة أداة لتنظيم المشاريع والتاسكات والملاحظات والعادات والجدول والميزانية. بتشتغل في متصفحك وبياناتك بتتخزّن على جهازك، وبحسابك بتتزامن مشفّرة بين أجهزتك. تفاصيل الخصوصية والتشفير في سياسة الخصوصية.
الحساب والاشتراك
- الحساب شخصي ومينفعش تشاركه مع حد. إنت المسؤول عن سرية الباسورد وعن أي نشاط بيتم من حسابك.
- الاستخدام بيتفعّل بعد الدفع وتأكيده، لمدة اشتراك بتتحدد وقت التفعيل. لما المدة تخلص التطبيق بيتقفل لحد التجديد، وبياناتك على جهازك بتفضل وتقدر تحمّل نسخة احتياطية منها في أي وقت.
- الدفع بيتم خارج التطبيق، والتفعيل بيتم يدويًا فممكن ياخد وقت بعد الدفع.
- ممكن نوقف حسابك لو فيه مخالفة للشروط دي أو إساءة استخدام.
- تقدر تحذف حسابك في أي وقت من «حسابي والمزامنة».
مسؤوليتك عن بياناتك
- إنت مالك بياناتك وإنت المسؤول عن محتواها.
- بياناتك بتتخزّن على جهازك، ومسحها أو فقدان الجهاز أو مسح بيانات المتصفح ممكن يضيّعها. خد نسخ احتياطية بشكل دوري من قايمة التطبيق.
- لو نسيت الباسورد تقدر تطلب كود استرجاع مننا، وبعد ما نتأكد إنك صاحب الحساب بنرجّعلك حسابك وبياناتك. ومع كده احتفظ بنسخ احتياطية دورية، واحمِ باسوردك.
- المعلومات المالية في التطبيق (ميزانية، فلوس ليّا، اللي عليّا) للتنظيم الشخصي فقط، ومش بديل عن محاسب أو استشارة مالية أو قانونية.
الاستخدام المقبول
متستخدمش التطبيق في أي نشاط مخالف للقانون، ومتحاولش تعطّل التطبيق أو الخدمة أو تتجاوز حمايتهم، ومتخزّنش بيانات ناس تانيين من غير حقك في كده.
خدمات الأطراف الخارجية
بعض الأزرار بتفتح واتساب، والاستضافة والخطوط والمكتبات من مزوّدين خارجيين. استخدامك لأي خدمة منهم بيخضع لشروطه وسياسته، ومحنّاش مسؤولين عن توقف أو تغيير في خدماتهم.
الملكية الفكرية
اسم قِمّة وتصميم التطبيق وكوده محفوظين لمطوّره. بياناتك ومحتواك ملكك بالكامل، ومبنطلبش أي ترخيص عليهم.
إخلاء المسؤولية
التطبيق والخدمة متاحين "كما هم" و"حسب المتاح" من غير أي ضمانات صريحة أو ضمنية، منها ضمان الاستمرارية أو خلوّهم من الأخطاء أو ملاءمتهم لغرض معيّن. بنحاول نحافظ على الخدمة شغالة، لكن ممكن يحصل توقف للصيانة أو لأعطال خارجة عن إرادتنا.
حدود المسؤولية
إلى أقصى حد يسمح به القانون، مطوّر التطبيق مش مسؤول عن أي خسارة أو ضرر غير مباشر أو تبعي ناتج عن استخدام التطبيق أو الخدمة أو عدم القدرة على استخدامهم، بما في ذلك فقدان البيانات.
التعديل والإيقاف
ممكن نعدّل التطبيق أو الشروط دي أو نوقف أي جزء منه. استمرارك في الاستخدام بعد التعديل معناه موافقتك على النسخة المحدّثة.
القانون الواجب التطبيق
تخضع الشروط دي للقوانين المعمول بها في بلد مطوّر التطبيق، ما لم تفرض القوانين المحلية لحماية المستهلك غير ذلك.

Terms of Service

By using the Qimma app (the "App") you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
1. The service
Qimma is a tool for organizing projects, tasks, notes, habits, schedules and budgets. It runs in your browser and your data is stored on your device; with your account it is synced, encrypted, between your devices. Privacy and encryption details are in the Privacy Policy.
2. Account and subscription
- The account is personal and must not be shared. You are responsible for keeping your password secret and for any activity on your account.
- Access is activated after payment is made and confirmed, for a subscription period set when it is activated. When the period ends the App locks until renewal; your data on your device stays there and you can export a backup at any time.
- Payment is made outside the App and activation is manual, so it may take some time after you pay.
- We may suspend your account for a breach of these terms or for abuse.
- You can delete your account at any time from "My account and sync".
3. Your data and your responsibilities
- You own your data and you are responsible for its content.
- Your data is stored on your device. Deleting it, losing the device or clearing browser data can erase it. Please export backups regularly from the app menu.
- If you forget your password you can ask us for a recovery code, and once we confirm you own the account we restore your account and data. Even so, keep regular backups and protect your password.
- Financial information in the App (budget, receivables, commitments) is for personal organization only and is not accounting, financial or legal advice.
4. Acceptable use
Do not use the App for anything unlawful, do not try to disrupt the App or the service or bypass their protections, and do not store other people's data without the right to do so.
5. Third-party services
Some buttons open WhatsApp, and hosting, fonts and libraries come from third-party providers. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and policies, and we are not responsible for outages or changes to them.
6. Intellectual property
The Qimma name, design and code belong to its developer. Your data and content remain entirely yours, and we claim no license over them.
7. Disclaimer
The App and the service are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including availability, freedom from errors or fitness for a particular purpose. We try to keep the service running, but there may be downtime for maintenance or for failures outside our control.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss or damage arising from use of, or inability to use, the App or the service, including loss of data.
9. Changes and discontinuation
We may change the App or these terms, or discontinue any part of the App. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the developer's country of residence, unless mandatory local consumer-protection law provides otherwise.
